I ordered through grub hub. I got the oxtail plate.. when I receive my food it’s pepper steak not one piece of oxtail! And you know there’s a prices difference for oxtail always!! Smh

Ordered food through Uber Eats. Ordered a Jerk Chicken Plate, and it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. At the pick up time, the delivery driver sends a message saying that Jerk Chicken isn't available. The hotel didn't think it correct to inform earlier. It's now an hour since I've ordered and a new delivery person is still waiting for my order. Uber Eats can't be bothered, and the restaurant probably doesn't care at all about customer service.
I called the restaurant and the lady was very nonchalant about my order, puts me on hold as 'she's serving a customer' and clearly doesn't care about those who order online.
Very very poor service!!
Oh, and I just got the food after 2 hours, and it tastes horrible. Not worth the money spent!

There ok the lady kept my change but i was going to tip them i dont know if she forgot but didnt like that and this was four years ago now I’m back. I had to edit my post. These guys are completely horrible today. I bought an oxtail. The oxtail has nothing but fat and then I got pepper steak looks like straight pedigree, straight out of a dog can never again.

Very good beef patties. Jerk chicken is good too. The mac & cheese is fire.

I haven’t had Jamaican food in Rochester in years but I’m happy i decided to try them, I got BOGO and ordered through Uber Eats , I had NO ISSUES with my food and it was still warm when I got it!

I got curry chicken rice and cabbage…

The chicken was DELICIOUS, full of flavor, the rice was plaid white but cooked perfectly, cabbage was bomb and they added a fried dumpling! So good I will pull up to try their oxtails and jerk chicken soon 9/10

Perhaps there is some inconsistency in ordering with Uber Eats per the other reviews, but our experience was flawless. Ordered large jerk chicken and beef patty. Delicious. Would order again. Loved the charcoal flavor.

I got a oxtail meal (large). There was five pieces and they were all very thin with very little un-tender meat and fat. I was very disappointed. SMH.

I always get the $3 Jamaican beef patty at the corner. Always fresh and nicely filled.

This place was so good! The jerk chicken, goat, oxtail was all phenomenal! Bread was so good at the bakery. It seems like only bad reviews are uber related but that’s not their fault. Would go back again!

Portion size too small for $13, food was salty and gave me a headache. Not a lot of good options for a dessert.

They didn't get a single part of my order right, but I loved every bit of it and think they knew what was best for me. I ordered a large curry, they gave me a medium (and only charged me for a medium!) which completely filled me. I ordered one coco bread, and they put two in, and my wife loved the leftover one. Treated us great, and food was amazing.
