Good management service and staff. The Jefferson rd one should learn from this one.

I've ordered from Salvatores E Main for work meetings and the Buffalo Rd location for home. Great pizza (Italian sausage is very good!) and the antipasto salad is my new favorite with many options to customize. They are my new go-to! Give them a try.

gross. i got an antipasto salad. there were pizza pepperonis in there and just ripped up deli meet. no pepperoncini either.

Have ordered online a few times now, food is always hot and the order is correct and warm when it arrives. Best thick crust pizza in the area by a longshot in our opinion. Bit pricey but we think its worth it for the quality.

Walked in..No one at the counter. Walked around around to the side, employee was sitting down behind a rack playing on his phone for 5 minutes. Like literally and then glanced up and was like oh sorry didnt aee you there.

Order by phone and asked for two salvatore plate special on tuesdays..for my grandkid and his friend both sixteen years old.. All was good up to this point. But then when we went in to pay for it, he tried to overcharge me 3 times as I told him this is a special on Tuesday, he knew exactly what he was doing. It was so obvious he trying to screw a customer in front of two 16-year-olds,I would not pay for it until he fixed the price, which he finally did. and the 16-year-olds the were very aware, the whole thing. The food at this point was not finished he return to the back to finish the order ..I tried to watch the food be in finish. But could not because he had chairs blocking the place you could view ..Got the food went out to the car and they both refuse to eat it because they were very suspicious of the whole situation and the chairs purposely, blocking that the view

I had a terrible experience this evening with the Chili, NY Salvatore’s location. My order was 45 minutes late, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, and both the cardboard box and the bags holding the subs were soaking wet—completely unacceptable.

I was told the driver didn’t speak English and was lost, but when he eventually arrived, he communicated clearly in English without any issue. This suggests either a lack of honesty or poor coordination.

To top it off, there was no offer of a refund or discount—only the option to have the order redone. Cold food, soaked packaging, and a delayed delivery, and the best you can offer is a re-do?

This shows zero accountability from a brand that markets itself as a local, reputable establishment. I’m sure “Papa” Salvatore would be proud of the quality of service delivered tonight.
