Good pizza, tried it today. This was a different location than what my previous review was referring to.

Parking: Place sucks, I hear the other franchises are awesome I just happened to luck out and get the only bad one

The food was absolutely disgusting it came and the inside of the chicken was raw the order took over two hours to get to us we live less then 10 mins away so I am not sure what took so long . The pizza looked and tastes severely undercooked my daughter started projectile vomiting after a bite of this food . I never leave reviews I am not a picky person at all but this was so unacceptable and just disgusting .

One of the worst plates, I've ever had and that's coming from a lifelong Rochester resident accustomed to garbage plates.

Ordered a cheeseburg plate consisting of beans & Mac, with extra onions, extra Salvie Hot sauce & pickle slices.

What they gave me was far from it. Absolutely plain plate, with nothing on it; No onions, no hot sauce, and no pickles.

PLUS! The baked beans were on the cusp of being damn near burnt.

My advise? Don't order anything other than pizza because they can't do anything other than that, right.

Love the $10.00 deals. I order regularly. For my sub I specifically ask for extra mayo on both sides of the bread. I asked the person taking the order please be sure that this is communicated to those making the sub. . . . . guess what . . . . either they aren't communicating the information or the kitchen staff isn't following directions. Whatever the case, management should have a chat with the staff.

11/27/24 update. Your staff isn't cleaning their workstation. My sub has no onions . . . Sure taste a lot of onion on the sub. If you peeps don't get you stuff together, I'm going to take my business somewhere else.

What a terrible meal. Only ate it cuz it was over 70$. Where do I begin: the burgers only had cheese. Not lettuce tomato mayo. Nothing I asked for was on it and then I’m missing my add on fries for my sub. Fries weren’t salted at all and the sauce had no flavor. And the sub had no grilled onions, and no cheese. The only thing that passes barely were the mozzarella sticks and watery tomato sauce. Salvatore’s, I’m disappointed

It took a longer than usual time to make, and they forgot the cheese on both bread and pasta.

The staff is cheap, the pizza is just expensive.

Ordered before 10am for 4pm pick up, it was a large order, it was parents weekend (RIT), we planned ahead as we were on a schedule. Food was not ready for more than 25 minutes after we arrived. It didn’t seem particularly busy, regardless we were rushed and disappointed. The food itself was fine once received.

Everyone was polite and courteous. They messed my order up but made it right with me. Pizza was on the greasy side. Idk if that's how New York is supposed to be but my kids wasn't a fan of it. They made me veggie sub wasn't to bad.

Vegetarian options: Not too many options other then fries, onion ring Salad and veggie sub

Dietary restrictions: If your looking to eat healthy. This is not the place for you.

Order was wrong I asked for vegetarian with banana peppers. I got a cheese pepperoni, sausage and banana peppers. Wrong !! The pizza was doughy and not cooked The twenty wing were in Buffalo hot sauce the five extra were not in any sauce and dried out. Ordered blue cheese nope not in any box or side. Watch people come in and go out still no food. I feel the price is two high and food was not good.
