I called to order a pizza from this place which my family has used for over 10 years. We do large pizza nights with my cousins and everyone else. I called and spoke with Tasha. She was the most disrespectful, arrogant, ignorant and basically a horrible experience. She not only was all of the above, I was hung up on by her, I called back furious and she then did it again. I wrote the Better Business Bureau and even wrote the store and they are unresponsive and don't care whatsoever about their customers. I would avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't be surprised if she would spit or something else in my order. THERE ARE WAY BETTER PIZZA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACES IN TOWN. DON'T EVER GO HERE. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT

Food was very good, we were in between doctors appointments so we were hoping for a place to eat that wasn't going to take long. Service was fast and thankfully the one table there was empty. So I wouldn't plan on eating there but we enjoyed the pizza and antipasto very much.

Called in an order for 10 wings…hour and a hald later still not here. Im not too sure how long it takes to make and deliver 10 wings literally down the street, but it doesnt take an hour and a half thats for sure. Waste of time.

Never been to Rochester, we had to pick some one up. My son wanted to try good New York Pizza!!!! Salvatore's was perfect and delicious. Ya'll need to expand to New England. Because this Mainer is gonna craving your food!
ordered a medium pizza from Salvatore's on LongPond on sunday. paid $26 and it was awful - we ate one piece each and threw it out!
