Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

This was the only time that I was disappointed in their dough for their pizza offering (mind you this was 4th of the July coupon special).

The wings honestly didnt taste like Buffalo Hot.
The BBQ wings were fine, but this franchise location, id maybe reconfigure the kitchen crew, not a typical Salvatores lineup and honestly the food the more I think about it was off its mark.

Will keep giving the Henrietta Saloon my business since its down the road.

Id rethink this location.

$27 for a large pizza that they don't cut for you. I will not be returning again.

This place was awful. Would give this zero stars if I could. Wednesday night (1/28/26), I wanted to surprise my family with pizza since I wanted a chicken Charlie. First off, I had it delivered and the driver made me take the food out of the bag after saying, “oh, I guess you want your food.” Yes I want my food. I’ve been working double shifts all week. I wanted pizza. So yes I wanted my food. It also arrived cold. My family went to the shop to complain and get a refund but all we got was a remade pizza without hands being washed and a free cookie that was underbaked and slammed onto the newly made pizza. There was only one boy who looked like early 20s maybe younger and no other person. No manager. He was rude from what my family said. I wanted a full refund. I didn’t get a receipt or anything.

Please remind me to not order from the Greece location again. Still terrible. Crust was soggy and way under cooked. Overall taste was bland. Wegmans frozen pizza woulda been a better option!

1 star for the birthday pizza because it was free. 1 star for the $10 daily deal pizza. Both pizzas were equally bad. Barely any cheese and 1 pepperoni per slice which we paid extra for pepperoni. The taste was unlike typical Salvatores pizza from other locations. Had a sour nasty taste. Made me and kids sick to our stomachs. Would recommend Salvatores pizza in Brockport or Irondequoit but not w. Ridge rd greece. Will not be getting this locations pizza in the future.

Would not honor my rewards for 50 points for a slice because they increased a slice to 100 points for a slice!! I keep coming here for my son but i really hate this place is unprofessional. Order a slice come in they make you choose a different slice then whats on my order. Told me we not making more slices especially for 1 order of a slice. 2ndly embarrassed me about thw price in from of ppl this location will not see another penny from me. The weird gittery manager wouldn’t honor a slice of pizza.

The only reason I’m leaving this review is because this was for a birthday party and I spent almost $200 otherwise I probably wouldn’t have been so bothered by it, so the first issue was that the pizza slid in transit and was stuck to the box, secondly when asked did I want to tip the driver over the phone I said yes add $10, I was then charged for a $14.51 tip that I didn’t agree to on top of taxes and other fees, I asked for Buffalo chicken pizza and that’s not what it looked or tasted like and there wasn’t much cheese on either pizza I also had bad experiences with the S. Clinton location so maybe it’s time to take my business elsewhere

To be honest, the staff here is always friendly and nice, but I rarely see the same face twice. The food quality in the food seems to have gone downhill, but when brought to their attention, the owner will make it right.
