Scoop n Twist has such a fantastic selection of ice cream and desserts. The employees are phenomenal. Each time we come they are friendly, fast, and provide exceptional service. We will continue to come back again and again!
Watching the cashier play with their hair while serving customers is one thing, watching them neglect to change their gloves is another, and unfortunately watching as they turn their back to pull hair out of a customers $10 ice cream sundae then promptly hand it to them as if it shouldn’t have gone directly into the garbage was the cherry on top so to speak. I’m hoping that health and safety standards will be evaluated and staff will be properly trained on food handling safety moving forward.

Good ice cream!! The person making my order had gloves on but she took my money ( with the gloves on) then proceeded to make my order. With the same gloves still on, gloves on after ringing up prior to washing your hands
Claire is an amazing worker at this ice cream shop! She’s always friendly, patient, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. She’s quick and efficient while still taking the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her positive attitude and great customer service really make the experience even sweeter!!

Jee oh boy where might a frolicsome little munchkin such as myself begin to write my review. AMAZING 🤩 🥹 from all the flavor choices to the person helping me it was all happy and good. The person helping me was named Kate at first I was a little skeptical because she didn’t look like the type of person to give me extra gummy worms but Jee wilikers was I wrong she gave me not one but TWO yes TWO whole extra gummy worms she really showed that ice cream who’s boss while scooping it and I must say I’ve never seen someone scoop ice cream like she did. Her customer service skills were fantastic If you look over the fact she threw ice cream at the person in front of me nevertheless not my problem I had an excellent time. I didn’t eat my ice cream I threw it out because I only come for the gummy worms.
