We're from out of town and wanted to stop and grab a bite to eat. Pulled into sonic, and the lobby was closed and every lane was closed. Pulled up to the drive through and waited 15 minutes before I left for someone to take my order. It wasn't busy. Seems like the workers are too busy talking and not doing there job. Drive thru is for convenience.

They mess up 85% of the orders but what potential this place hasIn the south I lived there at about 3 pm - milkshakes n ice cream and all rhe good stuff- too bad they can't put it out properly here in rochester so it's 3 years later and I have come to this restaurant several times and it never fails to disappoint- at 5 pm.the shop was open but no one was home- it looked empty but was all lit up with a flashing open sign and no one was at the drive thru or inside in sightWhat a waste n shame for the owners who can't seem to control their management or team

Keeping them Honest

Their system was apparently "down" and said they are only do deliveries. I sit in the parking lot and order my food through the sonic app (btw a large strawberry shake costs $16). Go back to the drive thru and the same rude woman said they are not taking orders at all. Not even deliveries. When I told her that just 5 min ago she said they're doing delivery orders, she ignores me. When I ask for a refund she rudely tells me to get it from the delivery app I used because apparently "sonic doesn't do refunds". I would advise that you turn off the "drive thru open" sign if you're not open. Then I would fire whomever was working on 12/20/23 at 8pm because she's rude, unprofessional and lost you $16 that night and future revenue as well.

Everytime I order here there is always an issue saying they didn’t receive my order for online. Then they cancel my order, can you just make it? Obviously you guys still got the money for it..

My negatives from 2 trips are that the fries are tasteless and soggy. The Jumbo popcorn chicken is also tasteless but has a pretty good crunch. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks is really chewy, so it makes the side very unpleasant.The positives are the option of adding flavoring to drinks, It's my favorite part of the menu. The Pretzels are really good, and both the cheese and non cheese signature sauces go great with them.

Couldn't consume the " fresh" dropped popcorn chicken, the grease it was fried in was disgusting and the smell was awful. No wonder why I was the only one in the drive thru. Not recommended!!!

This location is the worst I don’t know why it took me until just today to give them a negative review. Since the pandemic you haven’t been able to tell if they’re even open and I have gone there on numerous occasions and the female on the intercom has no idea what I’m talking about when I come requesting to use the app. I’m fed up I’ve eaten at Sonic all over the country and only have issues with this one.

This location is GARBAGE. I was literally the only person in the drive thru and parking lot was empty. They weren’t busy at all. The dude told me to hang on a second. Almost 5 min pass by and STILL nothing. I drove off. I can’t even rate the food because the dude didn’t wanna take my order. Please take these reviews seriously and speak to the people that y’all hire. If they don’t wanna work and give the Sonic expectations… FIRE them.

I drive for Door Dash and I Have NEVER had a successful pick up from this location. They always say they never get the order. Most of the property is damaged and they only have 1 worker at a time. This location should not even be opened.

im kinda concerned because no one ever answer the phone what so ever ..i did an application and have been trying to get in contact with someone but it has been impossible... so unprofessional,slow and or most of the time their open but no one is getting serve.. just bad for business needs to be shit down for good since they don't even take orders

Ordered food today and upon opening the bag we found a used mint mixed in with our food. Took the food back asked for our money back the woman refused to refund it. The outside is filthy with trash everywhere. The inside is closed so you can't see what it looks inside. Employees attitude are horrible. This place needs to close down.

This place needs to be closed down at this point, every time I’ve gone they haven’t been open so I didn’t go for a while. I got a gift card so I decided to go today, there driveway thru looks completely run down and plants are overgrown, two employees stood outside and stared at my car, I’m not sure what they’re getting paid for and at this point this place is probably a complete health hazard, when was the last time an inspector or corporate went there? It’s needs to be shut down.
