Ordered double smasher and tots at 12:08 pm. At 12: 24 staff member came out the side door and handed me a bag of food and collected payment. There was a black suv at the window that had been there for over 20 minutes and the staff were serving customers around them. Unfortunately the hamburg they served us
was over cooked and the tots were luke warm. Normally food is good here so perhaps it was a bad day.
I pre-ordered on the app and then set in the Drive-Thru line for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES
Handicapped waiting for order over 15 minutes past time to call and find out they aren’t bringing the food? Why have stalls to order at and say nothing while our food gets cold?

Sonic Drive-In has potential but consistently disappoints with incorrect orders and poor management. The restaurant's milkshakes and ice cream are a highlight, but the execution falls short. Some menu items, like fries and popcorn chicken, are tasteless and soggy. However, the Pretzels and signature sauces are a redeeming quality. The burgers are a notable feature, with a choice between tatertots or fries, and the option to add flavorings to drinks is a plus. Unfortunately, long wait times and understaffing are common issues.
