For how long the lines get, the service is quick. They're more than happy to fix an incorrect order. They should probably be paid more since this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the Rochester area.
It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.
