I love this Starbucks. The staff are always so friendly. I have been going through a rough time, and I noticed on my cup the barista wrote "you rock". You have no idea how much that means to me. I am so glad to have this Starbucks in my community. Thank you 💗
My daughter and I had just gotten off an overnight train ride to visit New York and we stopped at this Starbucks before we went sightseeing. The line moved really quick and the barista was very pleasant but this Starbucks has one of the goofiest parking lot layouts I've ever seen. If I lived in the area, I would avoid this location for that reason and find one with an easier parking lot and drive thru area.
Generally I have had good experiences at this Starbucks. I go there usually 4-5 times/week. The parking lot can be a little treacherous because they are busy all the time. Service is usually pretty fast. All of the employees are very pleasant (Jim is great) and my orders are almost always correct. However today is the third time in about 3 weeks that my venti iced Americano was only half a venti - literally cup half full. All three times I have been on my way to work using...
