Came in this morning just wanting a warm bev, explain to the barista Taylor that my stomach has a hard time with coffee, as well as I'm cutting dairy right now. Taylor was so gracious to help me find a really good drink and breakfast item that they modified and took the cheese off of to help with my dietary restrictions. Taylor was a shining light in my morning today, and she deserves to hear it
I travel 23 miles every single morning specifically to get my coffee from THIS location. Some might call that insane, I call it necessary. The service at the Mt. Hope Starbucks is top tier. The staff is warm, inviting, and dedicated. Whoever is in charge over there deserves literal awards.
I really enjoy this Starbucks specifically. Me and my coworkers order coffee quite often, We get these cute designs or positive notes. We work in IT, and some days are rough; the kind words and pictures are really a game changer and puts smiles on us all!! not only that but to take the time to do it!! WE APPRECIATE YOU <3
