Just not my kind of coffee shop. Everything echos, (loud) drink and food was OK, nothing exciting. Lots of people studying or working. Headphones or ear buds are a must. Parking was decent.

This Starbucks used to be my favorite Starbucks until something happened today! We got the same coffee that we always get, there’s a woman with purple eyebrows, she made the drink. That’s the worst experience I have ever had, first she forgot my caramel drizzle and mocha drizzle, second she only gave me half cup which usually were full cup. And we tried to talk to her, she kept saying she was right and other people who made drinks for me before were wrong, and she started very unhappy. If you were correct, where’s my drizzles at? But finally a man remade the drink for me which was I always get, thank you for that man! All in all I probably think to change another Starbucks next time! So disappointed today!

I pre ordered online. Still waited like 15 minutes at the drive thru only for the frappe to be flavorless. Who ever made it put way to much ice and it just taste like an ice slushy. You would think a place like Starbucks would hold it's an employees to a higher standard. Guess it's all just hype.

I love the mobile ordering, especially great for when you made coffee at home but left without it, why? How'd i forget it? I MADE IT no less. So i ordered from my phone at work, I go to Starbucks, used the bathroom ( very nice and clean, cool lightbulbs too, great lighting for a bathroom) anyways, coffee is waiting for me on the counter, no wait, no drive thru line. Love it.

I love Starbucks. It's my favorite next to Better Buzz Coffee...but if you don't know about that then you just don't know about that and if you've never been to san diego california then you probably don't know about Better Buzz but if you ever go you should definitely try it!! Ok rant over lol... So this particular location is one of the ones where You just want to check your coffee before you leave just in case... I have had my coffee wrong and also for some reason this drive through takes a little bit longer than most... But they had no problem fixing it and I always leave with delicious Coffee ❤️✔️

I didn't give 5 stars because the hot chocolate was way too bitter & extremely hot. I understand it's supposed to be hot, but if I have to wait an hour to drink it, that's kind of annoying... Then the Falafel pocket is mostly shell & not enough filling. The spicey pocket was good, it just wasn't enough. They also had somebody new working the register, which is like the worst place to put a new person. She was nice, & I know We all had a first day before but it's just a little frustrating, especially when You're working & on a time restraint. Only reason I walked into the store was because My work van was too big for the drive thru. The place is clean, staff is nice, just wish the hot chocolate was actually good. I had to toss it because it was gross & way too hot.

I occasionally go to this Starbucks and it’s always great service, this morning I ordered ahead for pick up and when I walked in all the staff was super friendly and said good morning! When I got to work I saw that they had written “slay diva” on my cup and honestly it made my day! Thank you!
