“Nice Sub shop, the food is good and fresh, workers are nice, should be more coupons or deals for 6" subs, not just 12" not everyone eats the larger subs.
Vegetarian options: You can order all veggie subs or get a Bowl or salad with whatever u want in it.
Parking: The parking is good,“
“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“
“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“
“This is one of the best Subway shops I have ever been to. The guy behind the counter knew what he was doing. He was fast, made the sandwiches well, and had an awesome mustache to boot. He was even fun to talk to at the same time. Definitely one of the most enjoyable trips to a chain restaurant I have ever had. I'll be coming back real soon, you can count on it.“
“Best location in Greece, NY!! Employees are so friendly, subs are always made great, I got a turkey and veggie sub today and it was the best, filled with all the veggies I wanted. I use the mobile app and order ahead picked it up curbside for convenience! I will only go to this location now simply because the food is always fresh and subs made perfectly, and the staff is so nice!“
“Not sure of the the manger name but he keeps the store clean, great customer service and engages with his customers. I eat here all the time and they make it how u ask for it with no hassle or no back and forth. Definitely a clean location.“
“The best subway ive had in years. Always had bad experiences ordering online but they gave me the extra cucumbers, lettuce, everything! So delicious when the workers actually care to make your food. “Extraordinary service ? Ana was Extraordinary! I will definitely return to this Subway location. She provided exceptional care and service that I have received at and "restaurant " in Rochester NY since I moved to Rochester three years ago!
Kid-friendliness: We were three adults and four children. Ana was the only person working at that Subway at 1PM on Sunday afternoon. She is pleasant, efficient, and ensured we were served quality food and enjoyed our visit. We were blessed to have met Ana!“

“it seems you get less and pay more.The food in and of itself was good, but the only thing you get plenty of is the veggies.Although not entirely a bad thing, but if you get protein on it, you almost cannot taste it.

“Don't like not being able to see the product they were using for our sandwiches, due to the metal piece blocking the glass of the sneeze guard.
Which is why the low grade for service !!!!
The asst. Mgr was great and made a good sandwich which was to corporate stds, and was very attentive too
I would recommend the young man making sandwiches be shown how to properly wrap a sand without squashing the sandwich though. I would hate to be the guy opening the squashed pancake for his lunch.“
