“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“
“Nice Sub shop, the food is good and fresh, workers are nice, should be more coupons or deals for 6" subs, not just 12" not everyone eats the larger subs.
Vegetarian options: You can order all veggie subs or get a Bowl or salad with whatever u want in it.
Parking: The parking is good,“
“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“
“I'm just a stickler on certain things. That's why it's not a perfect 5 star rating, but baby, it was CLOSE! My family & I just moved to this side of town and wanted a healthy lunch . The last two subways in town we went to were horrible , they ran out of ingredients and just the staff at the other locations needed a customer service training . THIS LOCATION was by far the best I've been in a long time .the store was super clean and welcoming. The beautiful young lady who took our order listened and made each sub beautifully, and her customer service was amazing. Will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back to visit since this is the closest location to our new home ... If you're in the area, go check them out, guys! you won't be disappointed like I was with the ones on Monroe Ave .“
“Best location in Greece, NY!! Employees are so friendly, subs are always made great, I got a turkey and veggie sub today and it was the best, filled with all the veggies I wanted. I use the mobile app and order ahead picked it up curbside for convenience! I will only go to this location now simply because the food is always fresh and subs made perfectly, and the staff is so nice!“
“Extraordinary service ? Ana was Extraordinary! I will definitely return to this Subway location. She provided exceptional care and service that I have received at and "restaurant " in Rochester NY since I moved to Rochester three years ago!
Kid-friendliness: We were three adults and four children. Ana was the only person working at that Subway at 1PM on Sunday afternoon. She is pleasant, efficient, and ensured we were served quality food and enjoyed our visit. We were blessed to have met Ana!“

Wheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“

“The best subway ive had in years. Always had bad experiences ordering online but they gave me the extra cucumbers, lettuce, everything! So delicious when the workers actually care to make your food. Whoever made the tuna & ultimate bmt Thursday night at 8:30pm thank you so much! Will definitely leave a tip next time.“
“This was the most Spectacular & Amazing experience I’ve ever had. The best subway I’ve ever went to. Great managerial service and amazing customer service not sure if I should be stating names but Ty’Mier, Egypt & Nani had the most amazing & wonderful customer service. “it seems you get less and pay more.The food in and of itself was good, but the only thing you get plenty of is the veggies.Although not entirely a bad thing, but if you get protein on it, you almost cannot taste it.
Vegetarian options: they put waaaaaay to many veggies on the sandwich.

“They have great subs, super variety of breads and toppings. Some of the meat seems a bit low quality but for 5-6 bucks I guess its good value. Making a sub a combo meal is a good deal, coming with a drink , chips and or cookies. Thier chocolate chip cookies are pretty darn good. Favorite bread is Italian and favorite sub is a hot roast beef with melted cheese, never had a bad one.“

“I went to subway on February 21st in the afternoon and I received some of the best customer service from 3 young girls. They honestly made my day with how nice they were to me. I will definitely will be coming back to sub way the next time I'm at the mall.“
“When I walked in there were 2 guys working. They seemed like they were cleaning n conversing with eachother. But as soon as I got in line , their convo stopped and the one guy came Right to me. He was friendly and professional. He at least acted like he enjoyed serving me. Def one of the best customer service received at a subway. I hope he knows how much that is appreciated as not many people are very friendly anymore. So thank you for amazing service“
