I was sitting in the car driving past 12 corners today and thinking to myself. "hmm... Subway. Man, I used to go there so often. What changed.... " then I realized that they charge $6 for a 6 inch sandwich. That's their promotion. Used to be $5 footlong.Also, I think it should be illegal to have this store next to a school. Support mom and pop shops. Out with this corporate food. Kids shouldn't be exposed to this.

The best subway ive had in years. Always had bad experiences ordering online but they gave me the extra cucumbers, lettuce, everything! So delicious when the workers actually care to make your food. Whoever made the tuna & ultimate bmt Thursday night at 8:30pm thank you so much! Will definitely leave a tip next time.

Steak, egg and cheese footlong. Where is the steak?! All I taste is bread and vegetables. Subway should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh wait… I opened the sub and found the eggs and the few bits of steak, buried underneath all the vegetables ???

Tables are often slightly dirty, but food is good. When I went this last time (on a Sunday), both the hours posted on the door and online say they open at 9am. I drove all the way there to find the store completely closed. The worker inside never came to the door to unlock it after 25 minutes of waiting. I got there at 925. Left after 25 minutes. That's the only reason I didnt rate them high in customer service.

I ordered dinner online more than an hour before they closed and when I got to the door, it seemed like it was closed. I was worried that I bought food online for no reason. Yet, I noticed an employee sitting in the back, on his phone. I called the number, asked them if they were still opened, and he seemed annoyed with me and “told me to come to the front” when i was at the front and clearly being ignored by the employee on his phone. I did notice that the door was actually open (which was my fault) but it was hard to budge. When I entered, the employee on his phone didn’t greet me or look up.I understand that they were trying to leave in an hour when I got there. But I also was going to be in and out for a second since I placed a pick up order. At the very least, have some manners or help me open the door.I hope no one else experiences this customer service because it makes me never want to step in here again.

The staff could be polite and attentive. The other problem is since when half a cheese is a whole slice. They had gotten cheap. Once a pond a time they used help you or tell you by combining this with that you can save money. I felt cheated when I realized I could of had a drink and chips for the same amount.

Worst customer service ever. The store hours on the door clearly said they’re open until 9:30pm but the rude and incompetent worker told me they’re closed even though it was 8:50pm. And he rudely said don’t argue with me….like just change your store hours if you’re going to close early.
