SUMO Japanese Sushi And Hibachi

The sushi here was very fresh and very delicious. Even the small things like the salad and the miso soup were spot on amazing. Definitely one of the best if not the best in town for sushi. At the end I was definitely surprised that this place wasn't packed. I highly recommend the tuna dumpling it's surprisingly amazing and a great portion as well especially for the price.

The food was great, but the portion sizes seemed a bit small. Other than that food had great flavor.

Amazing Vibe.. Amazing service, Amazing Food!
Cindy was our server/Bartender. She explained the menu to my gf and I and told us her favorite appetizer, Shrimp Tempura (which was delicious!) The place was very clean, as well as the restroom! We each ordered a different sushi Roll. Spicy Crab for myself and Salmon for her. It was very fresh and tasty. I love how Beautiful the food is. Cindy was awesome, and we can’t wait to go back to try more things off the menu.

Eaten here a number of times, take out and eat in. It’s much larger inside than it looks, with a beautiful bar. Great attentive staff and service, always excellent food. Sushi, hibachi and soba are fantastic! They don’t do hibachi in front of you but we don’t mind. Great portions and reasonable price. A must try if you’re looking for a great Japanese restaurant!

I came in for a lunch. The place was empty but it still took them more than 20 minutes to prepare my order. The miso soup and the sushi were plane and not very tasty.Not going back.

I ordered by delivery yesterday and was horribly disappointed. I had read good reviews about this place, additionally it was recommended by someone, so I thought, I'll give it a chance.I ordered rolls for 3 people and paid quite an amount for them. What did I get? A few pieces of rolls, lovelessly stuffed into one very small container, so all tasted and smelled the same. Additionally, they were quite dry, like they'd been laying around for two days.Also, we got 6 pieces per roll, whereas 8 - 10 pieces in a 'normal' Sushi restaurant, and the ones we got were tiny!Not worth your efforts and money, honestly! It's pathetic.

Always a calm, clean environment with a very helpful staff. The food has always been delicious and well priced. Nothing bad to say yet and I've been there at least a dozen times.
