Taco Bell in Rochester

“I order delivery from here to my dorm every few weeks and I have to say the quality of food from this location blows almost every location I know back in NYC out of the water. The prices are great, the portions are excellent, and I don't know what's going on back in the kitchen but I genuinely believe some of the items I receive look even better than the pictures on the menu. I typically never write reviews but this place goes above and beyond and I wish the best for the worker who made my loaded nachos with potatoes last night at ~12:30 AM this Thursday.“

“I ordered me a little baja blast slushy thingie and it was absolutely orgasmic i enjoyed it until the very last sip. my Cinnabon delights however were a tad bit overcooked which is why this one doesn’t get 5 stars. the worker was also very understanding after i had a mental breakdown over breaking my straw and gave me a new one FOR FREE.“

“i can not say enough good about this t-bell location. i go here at least one morning a week and every time everything is on point.
the staff are kind, courteous, and efficient. my order is always right. the food itself is always fresh and made well. the store itself is always clean and well stocked. i appreciate this crew so much. thank you for your hard work and effort y'all!!! y'all make my tuesdays brighter!“

“I have never once been disappointed by my food from this location! The staff has always been friendly, even during stressful busy times. Waiting for my food is always worth it here because I know it will be good service and flavor. Shout out to the late night staff who feed other night shift workers!!“

“Well I ordered through uber eats. I will say the driver was very polite. I got everything I asked for. Everything was made correctly. The presentation of the wrapped food was perfect and nothing was sloppy. I usually never get food from nowhere on lake ave. lol I was shocked! Good job yall“

And someone approached the counter to take our order without much of a wait!! (while other locations didn't have anyone available to take out order so we used the self checkout)

They changed the tables and chairs to hard wooden seats that loudly drag across the floor. NOT comfortable.“

“Jasmine, the manager at Taco Bell here deserves a raise. She did exactly what I asked. She gave me 30+ and 30+ of fire and hot, I will never go to the Dewey location again You guys need to reconsider the staff you have there they’ve messed up the order the last four orders Every time I come here, they are amazing and know how to do their job and treat the customers“

“Really good! Food was ready quickly, workers were totally nice even at a busy time of night, and my order was right and had all the sauces and everything! And frankly, I do a lot of customizations so really cool that they got it right :-) plus they made the cheesy potatoes really crisp and yummy! Thanks Taco Bell Chili Ave <3“

“Every once in a while, you just want a burrito ? or a Baja Blast. You don't want to spend to much . You don't mind regretting your life choices in the morning and you happen to spot a Taco Bell. 5 STARS for being everything we expect you to be.“
