No more taco bell. Every Taco Bell has a disgusting, dirty dining room every time.Glass on entrance is always filthy. They did not put the sour cream in the burrito.Supreme much like other times they just do not make the food properly. The taco shells were hard like stone because they are not cooked propeplay as usual. We are done with taco bell.

For a brand new location, this place is nasty and disgusting! I went inside because I needed to use the restroom to wash my hands. First, there was an employee in the men's room (on his phone because I could hear it) for over 10 minutes. I ended up washing my hands in the woman's room because he was in there so long. Then he came out and just wandered around the dining area before heading in the back.
Second, I am sorry I went inside as there was no clean tables, food on the floor, looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in weeks. The mats on the floor were nasty as they haven't been swept or vacuumed forever. The place was so nasty I paid for my food and threw it away. There was no way I was eating anything from that place!!! If the dining area was that gross I could just imagine what the back looked like.
Seems to me that someone from Syracuse needs to make a surprise visit and fire some folks...

So I ordered from my app and it said my order was gonna be ready by 615 but I didn’t get it till 645 half an hr which is ridiculous especially for fast food shouldn’t take anymore than like 10 min tops that was the point of ordering it ahead of time so it would be ready by the time I got there they got the order right as well they should with how long it took but lines were long both inside and drive thru idk who’s running this place but they got to do something different they should really rectify this by giving me a gift certificate or something for my time wasted this isn’t on me!!

I had multiple missing items from my order and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to get those items back to me which was very frustrating. The items that were missing were the most expensive so of course I was going to wait for them to make it and not leave without them. It’s disappointing knowing this has already happened to me multiple times from this location. This is my last time going here.

The receipt states that I will earn rewards if I download the app and scan the barcode. So I downloaded the app and there was no way to scan my receipt. It wants me to order online which I do not want to because we tried that before and lost a $25 gift card, which I never got reimbursed for so so much for applying for rewards? And as usual, Taco Bell sends a reply like they care & if you try to Email them to tell them the details of your complaint, they never get back to you. It’s just a front so the public think they care!!!????
