The receipt states that I will earn rewards if I download the app and scan the barcode. So I downloaded the app and there was no way to scan my receipt. It wants me to order online which I do not want to because we tried that before and lost a $25 gift card, which I never got reimbursed for so so much for applying for rewards? And as usual, Taco Bell sends a reply like they care & if you try to Email them to tell them the details of your complaint, they never get back to you. It’s just a front so the public think they care!!!????

Been waiting for 20 minutes for them to fix my order and Noone has come out to fix it besides a very large girl that took my recipet and didn't even have a uniform on. I am extremely disappointed in taco bells management of the drive through and their customer service. As an add on they managed to STILL screw up 3 soft tacos and a cheesy roll up!

Worst service ever. It didn't seem like they could handle the orders that they were getting in the slightest. I understand being short staffed but I stood in there for over 30 minutes waiting on food to be started that was supposed to have been done prior to my arrival.

i can not say enough good about this t-bell location. i go here at least one morning a week and every time everything is on point. the staff are kind, courteous, and efficient. my order is always right. the food itself is always fresh and made well. the store itself is always clean and well stocked. i appreciate this crew so much. thank you for your hard work and effort y'all!!! y'all make my tuesdays brighter!

This was always the better of the two taco bells near me, but ever since they rebuilt, they've got new staff. Twice in the last two months I've gone here, and both times something was wrong with the order. I'll try my luck at Lyell instead. They don't seem to care either way.
