We decided to get take out poke/ramen bowls since the weather was bad and we had a 45 minute drive home after running errands in Greece. We ordered $100 worth of bowls, so it’s not like it was a no big deal order. They called our number and the guy was still putting everything in bags, so we didn’t really think to take the bags apart and verify every single thing was in there… maybe it’s our fault for assuming the food we ordered was all in there? So many Bubble tea 🧋Food is fresh
Very poor customer service. 3 times so far they have lost our reservation, double booked with other guests and had to cancel ours, then wrote down the wrong time and canceled. If their only system in writing the reservations down on paper and can’t even keep track of times/double booking… how do they expect to keep clients? Front desk rude too, sadly we won’t be trying to come back again
