Great hibachi and sushi!

I go here often with a few friends. I have not had any issues until recently with the service. There is this one waiter who is rude and does not get our order right after specifying what we would like. At first, I thought it was a simple mistake, however, it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME with the same waiter. Eventually, we would get this waiter a lot more and her attitude has gotten very rude. Other than this problem, the food is pretty good and the waiting time is not too bad.

Located is a strip mall in Henrietta surrounded by other typical Henrietta down market chain restaurants .
Atmosphere is shabby , booths tired , menus well worn and falling apart. Overall cleanliness not inspiring……
Shochu was served drowned in ice.Goyuza Fries dumplings were small and undercooked .
Sushi portions were skimpy and uninspired.
Miso soup was thin.
Overall a disappointing, mediocre, and bland experience in a surrounding atmosphere that seemed more like a downmarket diner than a Japanese restaurant.
Far better places in the area !

Costumer service was exceptional! Employees were very helpful and considerate helping us find seating. Food and prices were great, lots of options for everyone. Thank you so much for the great experience and I will definitely be returning!

We love coming here. Their dumplings are the best. Good portion sizes, very accomodating and special orders.

So i am not sure what authenticate japanese food should taste like or even if this is. However, i can say if you are looking for great tasting food, you should try here. The location is semi hidden, and I think it would do much better closer to the main road, but what can you do. I always go and get the beef curry udon. It's my go-to for comfort food. I have tried other dishes, but for some reason, i always seem to stick with this one dish. Try it yourself!!

Food is decent but the customer service isn’t a terrible! Second time our business has placed a large order and who ever taking orders over the phone was rude and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude!!!!

I ordered a Philidelphia roll, however the salmon and cream cheese were only a third of the sushi roll. The rest was just vegetables.

I went here a year ago and it was phenomenal however I went back this weekend, and had a totally different experience. I ordered ramen and some sushi, sushi was decent. But the ramen was completely flavorless. I tried to nicely tell my server and I asked for seasoning, or if the kitchen could do something to make it not so plain. Server didn’t understand and when I repeated and said it was plain, she looked at me and said “no” and smiled and repeated herself telling me no.

I’ve tried a lot of different food, and usually an accent or such isn’t an issue but there seemed to be a big disconnect between the kitchen and the floor staff at this visit.

Sushi was a true disappointment. The rice was actually warm, and made the sushi taste meh. Not happy at all and dinner was a bust. Very weird tasting eel sauce too :(
