Chai is great, service is fast and accurate. Bathroom is clean.
Kid-friendliness: There is some low seating, employees were friendly and patient with my kids. They let us use the bathroom without buying anything whenever my kids needed it. (I didn't have to say it was a bathroom emergency either, they just waved me in)

Every time I am either at the Public Market or near their brick-and-mortar shop, I have to stop. They make my day all around—from the fantastic chai, the friendliness and kindness of staff, and especially if Patrick’s puns are involved! One of my favorite small businesses, and I always cheer when I see their products “out in the wild.”

Chai guy makes the best chai in Rochester. I probably go about three times per week because I crave chai that much! It’s so good! My favorite is the classic chai with cinnamon. And you can’t go wrong with a pastry as well. My favorites have the be the spinach feta pastry, a hazelnut croissant, a cronut, or the occasional apple fritter donut.

My husband and I lived in Rochester almost 7 years ago back when the chai guy was only at the public market and even after all these years I still miss the chai and the try chai guy himself. Pat always seemed to remember us when we'd stop by. My only complaint is that they don't have a location in Atlanta Georgia.

I visited The Chai Guy for the first time this morning hoping to get a hot cup of tea and get on a meeting for class. I asked the barista what is the WIFI password? she stated we didn't have public wifi, it was only connected to the register. She then asked me if I was going to order or if I was waiting for someone. I stated, Yes, I need to log on to my meeting first as I am already late, then I will order something. She came over to me moments later pressuring me to order at that moment ( she said the owner has a rule that you have to order something first before you can sit down) in which i previous understood and ask her to give me a second to log on feeling thoroughly underwhelmed I left because I still did not log on to my meeting due to being disrupted multiple times, In addition to them not having public free Wifi. Despite its promising atmosphere, the service fell short.
