First time at Thurston Seafood after an airport drop off of a friend. I have a love for seafood ~ fried being at the top of my list. I also grew up having kin that knew how to prepare and cook fresh seafood. It’s all about the coating when fried. You need just the right amount of seasoning to bring out the flavor, not overpower it. My ocean perch and seafood was cooked just right, but it was missing something. Went looking for a new place to get Fish Fry and found Thurston, so glad we did. The beer battered fried haddock was excellent. Large portions of both fish and fries. It's take out only - worth it.

Wow The fish pieces are huge and the French fries were fried to perfection had a crunch on outside and soft on inside , fish had a nice cornmeal batter and fresh and seasoned just enough , They are really nice warm friendly people, I'd definitely recommend this place☺️❣️
