I went through the drive thru before 1:30 waited and the employee says " closed " no sign out etc. Absolutely rude. I've been multiple times never had that experience

I order here all the time. The order preparation is all over the place. I always order the same thing. Today's ham and cheese had 3 very thin slices of ham on the sandwich.

Short review: *service: excellent and friendly. *preparation food: perfect every single time. *cost: wallet friendly. Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.
