Recently purchased from this store through the app. Get home to find that instead of the Peppermint Mocha latte I paid for, I have a plain black coffee. Tried to contact customer support through the app only to find out that they can't issue a refund, only the store itself can do that.

Waited 24 minutes at a dirty table for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee with sugar free vanilla flavor. The cashier came back twice to ask what I ordered again. Sandwiches were burnt, and the coffee had full sugar vanilla, sending my diabetic mother to the ER. The whole time I was waiting, the 3 girls were in back, laughing and screaming about their second jobs. What a horrible experience. .

This tim Hortons used to be quick. Ever since they updated the place, the service is so slow. I’m writing this currently stuck in the drive through. It’s been 20 minutes and 5 cars have moved. This is insane. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue in the past weeks. But it’ll definitely be the last one.
