I purchased tim Hortons every day but today was a day where the employees rushed they didn't give me what I requested the coffee tasted water diluted and I always purchase at all times Hortons but Henrietta Rd is the main store I purchase

This is the worst drive through you can ever go to !Waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up and take the order and another 5-10 minutes at the window to get lukewarm coffee ! The employees look disinterested!

11/13/2023 at 4:40 p.m. I bought four medium coffees, and the person taking my order was rude. She pretended to be doing me a tremendous favor. I praised her multiple times for her service, but she never said thank you. I had the impression that I was bothering her. Benderson should put these workers through customer service training. I'm not going back to this location.
Waited 10 minutes and no one even came up to take my order or acknowledge I was there. The poor gentleman working was the only one in on a Saturday morning. How does management staff only one person on a weekend morning? You’re better off going to the Starbucks across the street or the Dunkin’ two doors down.

This Tim Hortons is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The workers mess around all morning laughing and not taking care of customers. I waited 17 minutes for an iced coffee and they usually forget my sandwich. Stopped going after going through the drive thru and then forgetting my sandwich again. Workers don’t smile and you can tell hate their jobs. This location gives Tim Hortons a bad name. Stick to car washes.
