I ordered through the mobile app and 20 minutes later they still had not finished four drinks and a 10 count of Timbits. I circled around through the drive-thru to give them more time and was told that I should go wait in unmarked parking spot because there were cars behind me. I'm pretty sure my order came in before theirs as they were just placing them at the speaker. The girl at the window was quite rude and unapologetic regarding my order not being ready. It took going into the restaurant and picking up my order to finally get my food over 35 minutes after placing the order on the app. When I did go in, they were trash talking me. I will not be patronizing this location again.

Full assortment of donuts….girl at counter was very pleasant as well…..restaurant was very well maintained too..

I purchased tim Hortons every day but today was a day where the employees rushed they didn't give me what I requested the coffee tasted water diluted and I always purchase at all times Hortons but Henrietta Rd is the main store I purchase

This is the worst drive through you can ever go to !Waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up and take the order and another 5-10 minutes at the window to get lukewarm coffee ! The employees look disinterested!
