Just got a Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese Toasted and a Blueberry Muffin at 10:56am. The Bagel was fine, but the Muffin tasted off, almost as though it was mixed with fryer grease. Due to this experience I will make sure to steer clear of this location.

I usually don't feel the need to write a review if there is an issue because usually when I reach out, the issue is solved. However, Sunday I placed a mobile order for 3 coffees and 20pack of timbits. We paid and when we got there they said they didn't have the timbits. They couldn't refund me and they would not replace it with something else. They had us leave and told us to just contact the help in the app. I immediately did that and I got a response saying they would give me some points for my inconvenience but it wasn't enough points to buy the product again and there was no refund. So now I just tried to contact the help desk again and the automated system said that they could not do the refund and the store had to give the refund! So was I told something false and now I paid for a product I won't get? Disappointed for the run around and no help from the location

Do not go to this Hortons location if you want to get what you order. They can not get a simple cup of coffee right. I order two small coffee with cream only ( simple ) . I get coffee black- with sugar and constantly FILLED with grinds at the bottom. For a coffee shop not able to get simple coffee right I would never order food or anything else . Will not return

Coffee was ok & the muffin was ok but I threw up that muffin which was a first and the way he threw that coffee at me was very rude I will not be going back to the university ave location

I always look forward to the pumpkin muffins this time of year. Depending on who is making the food it's usually very good. I like dinning in at times and I like that the place is clean. The staff is always polite and professional so far. This location is a definite place to visit.
My go too for a large double double. The staff are always so nice. They also hook up the biscuits

Regular donut, sandwich and coffee shop. Inside is very quiet and a good place to chat with friends. Definitely better than Dunkin Donuts with more options to choose from and a bit more quality.
Parking: This place sits nearby busy street/intersection. During a busy hour, you might want to turn right and then head for your destination IF you are in a hurry. If you're a patient person, non issue.
My pregnant wife wanted a bagel woke me up out of my sleep went to the location the cashier girl was super nice and very helpful and friendly. I was half asleep but they knew exactly what I was talking about even though I was half asleep. Just showed them pictures and they got it all for me with a smile and we shared a laugh as well.
I love me some tim Hortons I wouldn't trade them for nothing best coffee and donuts

I went there and they were out of everything, so I asked them to substitute what I wanted with 4 chocolate timbits. They gave me a single honey glazed timbit. I also asked for a medium iced latte and they gave me a medium hot coffee.
