I stopped in today to get lunch and the general manager (don’t know her name but her hat said general manager) was very polite and smiley. I loved her energy and attitude. The place looked clean and I got my smoothie quickly. I love this location. They have great energy!!!

I ordered from this establishment for the 1st time through Grubhub Delivery. Embracing a "healthy, nutritional" option to have for dinner with a new restaurant I had never tried before. I'm totally DISAPPOINTED for a number of reasons. The wrap was nothing to rave about. There was more cheese than chicken + MISSING ITEMS, such as "edible straw" that I was charged EXTRA for. My smoothie was pretty decent but reluctant to drink as not certain if the driver...

The two associates working were unpleasant & seemed very miserable. *didn’t acknowledge my good morning, I asked the girl a question and she said ‘WHAT?’ So rude! The guy who gave me my food didn’t acknowledge my thank you or have a great day.. Irondequoit is much better when it comes to their associates and their warm welcoming ‼️TROPICAL ISLAND SMOOTHIE WAS PHENOMENAL THO! And so is the jalapeño corn ?
