I like it, it's a really quiet place. I believe most of their business comes from takeout but rightfully so because it's really good food and the service is good and if you do wait at the restaurant to eat You get your food really fast too.

Amazing authentic Cantonese food in Rochester, NY. It doesn't get much better than this. The staff is very friendly. Tsingtao House is a restaurant you MUST go to or you're missing out big time.

Fantastic food here, a friend showed it to me and now I’m eating here or getting take out every other week

I can’t recommend one dish I go here once or twice a month and I switch up my order and everything is always delicious. No matter what it is. They do stop serving in the dining room at about 9/915 depending how busy they are, take out is still available though

Great food I eat there often.

This is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Rochester, I lived in China for 21 years, when you order “True Chinese Cuisine” the flavors are spot on. When you order “Chinese American Pallet Dishes” the meals are equal or above the competition. Regardingthe ambience, it’s typical casual mainland dining. No booths all tables.

Easy place to pass by, but you’re missing out on a delicious, friendly, chill atmosphere. Very down to earth and welcoming. The food was excellent. We have 4 different dishes - each flavorful and unique. Very quick service. We are in, but there was a lot of take out.

I ordered “Crispy Chicken with Hot Pepper” but served with chicken only, no hot peppers. Sichuan boiled fish turned out to be Sichuan boiled fish with Sauerkraut, and tasted awful. Pork bun was oily and small. Will never ever come back. Terrible experience.
