Reunion of a few hockey players from the 1970's for lunch today . Our waitress was Molly and she was (Johnny on the Spot) from ordering to getting refills on our drinks . We were very pleased with the Tenders , French Onion soup and the Burgers ! Even the popcorn was great . The $11.99 lunch menu was perfect . Molly was one step ahead of us whatever we needed and it cost us about HALF of what we paid at Distillery on our previous lunch .

Placed order at 650pm, website said 50 minutes. Left work at 730, got to bully's at 735pm was told it wouldn't be ready for an hour. Lady at the counter acted like she couldn't care less. Wish I hadn't added the tip in my total before getting our food. Dont recommend online orders.

The food was great but the service…. HORRIBLE! My family sat at the bar (party of 3) and we had the most unfortunate luck of getting ASHLEY as our server/bartender…. She was rude, never came to take our order (although she subsequently served about 15 other customers current and new who came to sit) she literally ignored us, looked us over, avoided eye contact, and even served the new customer RIGHT NEXT TO US. A complete failure. As we have no clue who this woman is and are in town visiting we are left with very few clues as to why she would act so rude and hostile towards us. Her colleague ended up coming over to help us and someone else brought our food out. I’m unsure who is managing this place at this point but this woman should absolutely be FIRED as she is a liability when it comes to people like me who are very litigious AND HAVE A DISTASTE for being treated BLATANTLY unusual. I will be following up on this matter with management. I forgot to add that she aggressively snatched menu from a holder that was just in front of me (and my food/drink) to this end a heavy menu fell in my food and she didn’t even apologize. She just picked up the menu out of my food and walked off. My son was just next to me in which he could have gotten hurt by food /or a glass cup falling on him per her ignorance.

I have to be honest, nothing beats a Syracuse Tullys. The Rochester tenders don't seem as crispy but are still good overall. Be prepared there's always a wait but it's worth it!

Can't go wrong with the chicken tenders! They are amazing and always fresh. The popcorn on the table seemed a little stale but it's free so whatever. Waitress was distracted but did get everything we needed when we were able to get her attention.

Four friends and I had lunch together one Sunday after church. Due to a Bills' game, it was very busy. However, we were seated after about a 10-minute wait. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The only drawback was that for several minutes a man was on a loud microphone regarding a trivia game. It was difficult to hear each other as we tried to talk during that.

Typical sports bar atmosphere. Floors around bar were not well maintained as viewed from our seat. Had the steak and tender combo. Was impressed that the steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Chicken tenders were good and a huge portion. Service however was extremely slow and barely had interaction with server and took awhile to replenish drinks while waiting for meal to come out. Despite slow service for me this restaurant is worth a visit.

Tully's was a great experience! I went with my partner for our 2 year anniversary and had a good time, it was nice and homey feeling. Our server, Cheyenne, was extremely nice and almost made us feel like we were just old friends. Overall, highly recommend, great food and amazing service!
