“The staff was on point... Definitely not enough employees per volume however they handled their own! ...3 ⭐ "atmosphere" had nothing to do with the restaurant staff; landscaping needed work. Thought this location was condemned when we pulled in! Food was great tho. “

“It's a Wendy's. Pretty decent quality stuff. This is an inner city location in a typically high-risk area, and I feel like they're doing pretty well considering their surroundings. There are items on the drive-through menu that are no longer available (such as the No. 8 Pretzel Bun Burger) that have gone un-updated for some time. That needs to be addressed.“

“Best cashier ever. We even had changes to the standard and she nailed it. Food also came up super fast and it was the best spicy chicken sandwich I've had at a Wendy's in NY. Cashier also handled a line out the door with expertise. Best Wendy's location in Rochester!“

“Breakfast at Wendy’s for the first time. Delicious. I got the No 2 Combo; sausage (well sone), egg and (substituted Swiss with American)cheese croissant sandwich. Sides: Simply Orange juice & Home Fries.I also ordered a side of French toast. everything was hot and delicious. Customer Service was wonderful.David, the on-duty Manager, was not just friendly and welcoming to me as a customer, he was also very thoughtful and caring with his employees. I look forward to coming back.The restaurant is modern, bright and clean with various seating choices. “The young woman who took care of me was fantastic,wish I knew her name to give her props,communication for my food was fantastic,a little wait only because it was fresh made which I didn't mind,damn wish I knew her name she was a great server!“

“This is the SLOWEST Wendy's in Rochester, but aside from that, I don't have any food complaints. I went through drive-through, so I'm unsure about the atmosphere, but next time, I might go in because it has to be faster than the 15-20 minutes spent sitting in drive thru.“

“It was the perfect little getaway on my lunch break . I ordered through the app, and as soon as I entered the location, my food was coming up hot and fresh . Initially, I wanted to grab it to go, but the atmosphere and its peacefulness made me dine in. Food was HOT AND FRESH, and I honestly have not one complaint about my visit. Hopefully, I'll have more delivery routes in that area so I can visit again ??❤️“

“Food was nice and hot & fresh. Quicker at that time of day to skip the drive thru and go inside to order for take home.The shift manager was screaming at his staff and belittling them in front of the customers! I was like really!!?? This is how you treat your staff in public/in front of customers. Shame on the manager, he needs to be treated that way by his boss.“

“Went twice in past 2 days. Won't be going to any other Wendy's. These people are very nice and professional both times going here the food was steaming hot and fresh!! Never been here for the night crew but I'm going to stick to the morning and lunch crew people“

“I ordered the spicy garlic parm chicken nuggets and they were so good! I gave service only 3 stars because we had to wait awhile to get our order and when my dad asked if straws were in the bag, they said yes. But when he checked, no straws. So my dad had to park and go into restaurant for straws.“
