I just wanted to say how polite and kind Sam was today. I had an excellent experience with his customer service. We had an issue with our order— I call the store and he was quick to resolve it with the sweetest attitude. He truly deserves to be in management and a raise—I’d hire him in a heartbeat after such outstanding service. My husband had a great interaction with him in store. We’ll definitely be coming back just for him.
Ever since my boyfriend and I started dating almost a year and a half ago, we've been getting wings over almost every other weekend and celebration. The flavors are always so good, the garlic parm waffle fries are to die for, and the wings are of generous size regardless of if you get flats, wings or both. I cannot begin to explain how anytime a person brings up their favorite wing places, I always say wings over and insist they try it.
The food was great if you don't mind the wait. It took them more than half an hour to get our order ready. We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a terrible thing, except the atmosphere was super basic, and many of the people coming in seem frustrated with one being a food delivery driver who was being quite vocal about her displeasure for waiting while the people in the back were laughing and joking.
