Wingstop in Rochester

“I love the food here, but it really is never ready... I order an hour before I need it and go in 20 minutes after it says it should be ready and I still wait 30-50 minutes every time. This last time I got food I ordered for pickup at 6:15 and when I got there at 7:00, It was just being put on the shelf.

It is also so cold in there, I swear they always have their air conditioning on 10 degrees. Lol“

“We were wary to give this a shot since the reviews were pretty poor for a while. Well, we tried it once and we’ve been back about 10 times since! Food is always 10/10 and employees friendly and timely. Yet to disappoint in any way, we’ll keep returning for sure!! They make sure everything’s in the bag down to my dozen ranches. Seems they really turned this place around awesome job folks!!“

“First-time at a Wingstop. There was a wild queue of DoorDash delivery drivers waiting but no one actually eating in the restaurant. Staff let us know it was gonna be a 45 minute wait, which we expected. We ordered and waited. In the 20 minutes it actually took for our food to come out, there were so many rude drivers. The team was clearly working hard to get orders out and drivers kept acting like their pick up was the only one that mattered. Food was bomb and service was great.“
