Understaffed, some machines didnt work. Not great atmosphere
Great variety and many toppings!
Absolutely love coming to Yolickity! They have some of the best frozen yogurt flavors in town—especially the espresso, which is my personal favorite. The staff is always welcoming and consistently kind, which makes the experience even better. It’s one of our go-to spots to bring the kids, and we always have a great time when we visit. Highly recommend!
Great selection of toppings and ice cream! It's a fun treat!
Came with my friends and it was really fun! Kurt is amazing and hilarious!
Great place to celebrate the little wins. Sports games, post theater ice cream or good grades.
Love trips here with my kids. Everything is delicious and it’s fun choosing whatever flavors and toppings you want that day. I usually get the same thing and it’s nice being able to make a small portion the way you want. To sum up I’ll quote my daughter: “Yolickity is the best!”
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this location. I’m still taken back by the owner’s lack of customer service.
Today we decided to get our favorite ice cream because we were having a tough day and thought it would be nice to treat ourselves. Usually, the strawberry sensation is paired with Tahitian vanilla. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that it had been replaced with raspberry. I realized after I had already poured it because the color looked different. I thought, “Well, it’s too late now, let me try it,” but unfortunately I didn’t like the combination.
I went to the front and spoke to the gentleman who said he was the owner. I calmly explained what happened and asked what I should do. Without hesitation, and with a very unpleasant look on his face, he replied, “What do you want me to do about it?” I again explained that I had simply overlooked the flavor change, but he rudely responded that it was “right there” and continued by saying, “We don’t waste food around here.”
At that point, I decided to walk away and remove myself from the situation. I dumped the ice cream because I wasn’t going to pay for something that was an honest mistake and that I didn’t enjoy.
When we finished and went to check out with a very kind young employee, the owner came out from the back, saw the ice cream I had dumped, and attempted to charge me for it. I politely replied that I would not be paying for that. His response was simply that we could leave.
I have never had an issue like this at the Webster location. This owner should consider taking a class on customer service or even anger management. There were many ways this situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully, but instead it was met with unnecessary hostility. It was a very bad look for what is supposed to be a “family business.”
I love this place so much
Great stuff
