We were unable to dine in at 7 pm as only takeout was permitted, despite being a party of just two. Additionally, the waitress was not particularly welcoming.

The price is expensive, the taste isn't that great, and the service isn't that great... $20 shrimp fried rice... half-heartedly cut vegetables and a few pieces of shrimp. My child eats it, and it has vegetables and rice. It's one of the best Korean restaurants I've ever eaten in the US.
the price is high, but the taste and the server are disappointing. Shrimp fried rice… roughly chopped veggies and several pieces of chopped shrimp. It was for my kid rice and carrots all were burnt. One of the worst korean restaurants I’ve ever been in the us

The server was so nice to me! Even though the restaurant was going to close in 30 minutes, they still accepted me!
For the food, they provided many different kinds of side dishes! And the Kimchi soup was delicious!
I will definitely visit again!

This is a hidden gem in an unsuspecting area of Rochester. I have not had this authentic of Korean food in over 25 years. Even compared to food in Seoul, this is even more authentic. Be ready for some spicy kick as this is really Korean when it comes to the heat!

Tried eating there 3 times years ago from recommendations. First time I wasn’t even addressed so I walked out. 2nd time I waited and they finally after a while asked me if I had a reservation otherwise they couldn’t serve me. There was no flyer or sign indicating that I need a reservation or else I would have made one. Decided to try again thinking they had opened up a bit this time there were signs about reservations. What restaurant doesn't take walk in’s AT ALL??

Pretty good place overall. It was a bit strange they asked if we had a reservation but that's fine honestly. Seems to be a small mom and pop operation and food was really good and plentiful. The beef soup was good and the bibimbap was good and huge in terms of the portions.

They didn’t take us in because we didn’t have reservations but the whole place was empty.. it did not state on their website that we NEEDED reservations to be SITTED
Service was quick and polite and food looked great. However unless the order was for a dish that was mainly meat (example: salmon or sweet & for chicken) the meat was skimpy or non existent

Food is okay. I can say that there's a lot of MSG that was put in. Servings are huge per dish 2-3 people can eat. Read that pajun with seafood was good that was why I was expecting a lot but it did disappoint it was bland for my liking and the sauce was on a salty side, I tried better ones.Kimchi-jjigae is my favourite among all. They served it on boiling hot pot and 2-4 people can share it. Spicy level was on point. Was able to take home some left overs and satify my cravings paired with warm white rice.Side dishes were good. Server said they change 1-2 sides they serve everyday. Was able to take home left overs too.The place is not that fancy like other korean restaurants around but I get it is a family owned restaurant so it has a homey vibe.Prices are also reasonable for the portions compared to other restaurants, 3 dishes for $60 for us. Per meal costs around $12-25. Take note there's already white rice per meal (e.g. donkatsu, kimchi-jjigae) so no need to order.Overall, our experience was good but not the best probably will be trying some other korean restaurants around next time.Note: You need to call beforehand. They dont accept walk-ins and they close at 8pm!
