“I believe I can most accurately judge how I like a restaurant's pizza by ordering a plain slice to start. My first time here so that's what I got. A surprisingly great slice of pizzat! The dough/crust is delicious, either the best or tied for best I've ever had. The sauce is excellent as well. The cheese was very tasty and almost tasted like "extra cheese" it was so cheesy... Fresh tasting somehow, I don't think they use mall-cheese (the standard premade "pizza cheese" mix) that many other places around here do. I actually don't like for it to taste like "extra cheese" unless I ask for it but that is being super picky and the only less-than-perfect comment I could possibly say cause this is great pizza!”

“One of my favorite little dive bars. Friendly crowd, good staff. The pictures on The website do not match the place.... not even close...lol. Aside from that... it’s a cool place to feel that down home country vibe you’d want in a bar.”

“The only complain I have about this subway is that it's not open at 7:30am like they have posted. I went there at 7:45am to get a sandwich for my daughter and they were close. I was very upset since she was going on a trip with the school and needed to bring a lunch.”

The cookies vanished in moments and everyone thought they were delicious!The khachipuri with za'atar and potato bureka were delicious. The khachipuri was soft with a flavorful mix of cheeses; the bureka had a flaky and crispy exterior with a perfectly seasoned mashed potato filling!So happy to have found you.”

“My wife and I had been meaning to try Desi Dhaba for months and finally stopped in on a whim for a late lunch a few Friday's ago. The food was very, very good and my wife was raving about it! We got Mixed Veggie Pakoda as an appetizer that came with two sauces that were very tasty. The pakoda were fried to perfection! Our meals were Aloo Gobi Masala (vegan) and Chicken Rogan Josh. Both were really good. If you like some heat, ask for medium or more. We didn't specify and both dishes could have been a little spicier for our tastes. I will admit my chicken was a little tough and I'm used to more tender chicken but it didn't take away from the outstandingly complex flavors in the sauce.The service was outstanding and attentive. It was quiet when we got there and got busier as we dined, but the server still constantly checked on us (and even brought more rice for our meals).The restaurant could use a bit more ambiance but that didn't detract from the experience. It used to be a diner, so I expect it will take some effort to get one big room with all those windows to feel more cozy and warm. I hope they do as it would add a lot to the dining-in experience. Also, the bathrooms were newly renovated and immaculate!Desi Dhaba is definitely going to be a go-to option for us for Indian food in the area from now on. We will be back soon and look forward to it!”
