I had lunch here today and have had a bad case of food poisoning since.

I got a slice of grandma pizza / focaccia de nonna with the garlic and basil leaves on it. Really tasty 5/5 pizza but what the $5.20 for a slice is a bit much for a pizza without protein. And their menu does not include pricing by the slice so I couldn’t tell if what I was being charged was the fair price. I guess it’s worth the $5 to try but it’s a steep price considering it’s $28-30 for the whole pie (about 8 slices). Update the menu prices please

This place use to be so nice and welcoming when John worked there now the workers act like the BARELY want to take your order they will stare at you and see standing there for some time and not take ya order I went here yesterday and waited 10 mins to be served while they have about 5 employees and only me and another lady was a customer … also the bottom of the pizza is always burnt now and you can taste it

Terrible customer service. It’s one of my favorite spots for pizza ; & really my go-to as I live right around the corner from it. Stood there for a good 10 min before anyone could acknowledge me but were quick to assist others that came after. Real disappointed & won’t be returning.

Wayyy better than the pizza on Beach 67th St. by the A Train, less expensive too, $3.50 instead $6.00 for a plain slice. Best plain I’ve had in a long while, and man was there a good charr on the underbelly of the slice. I got a few tips for the Chicken Caesar Salad pizza that’ll take the experience up a notch though. (No pun intended.)
But that’s D’amore, Pizza D’amore!

I ordered some food here while I waited for the train to take me back home. I got a slice of pizza, which was alright, and garlic knots which had a ton of flavor. I was very happy with how it tasted.

A NYC pizza joint. Classic, time tested, and delicious. Staff is a bit dry, but not mean. And it's shaped like a million other pizza joints. The pizza was delicious though, crispy thin crust and top tier sauce and cheese. My boo dropped his slice in the store before even taking a bite unfortunately lol. But if you're craving a slice, you will not be disappointed.

Pizza taste great but they for some reason have an old man dong delivery and our pizza came a total mess. Toppings were all over the place and cheese was sliding off. Not the first time this has happened. Also for 8 slice pizza it was an egregious 32 bucks.

The food here is delicious. The pizza, penne a la vodka, and chicken caesar salad is what my daughter and I always get. Their caesar dressing is so different than the ones I’ve had. Delicious. The service is not very friendly, but the food will make up for it, I promise! My daughter and I routinely go here after the beach almost every week.
The manager in this pizza shop is not dog friendly and was not man enough to tell me no dogs allowed but unprofessionally told his worker to get my dog out, even the worker was disagreeing with him, I recommend people going to other pizza places around the area this pizza was burnt anyways I regret going there.

Unacceptable the whole pizza like this. Why send it out?! Do I need to mention that I don’t want burnt pizza when I place the order? Absurd. I think it’s time for me to try a different pizzeria at this point.

Nowadays I don’t often eat pizza but when I do I have a few choices in the area and I always come back to this one. The hours are good they’re open late and the pizzas always really good the quality is consistent. I find that the cheese they use must be good or high quality than most other local pizzerias because it melts and pulls really well. They have a lot of specialty slices including barbecue chicken and Buffalo chicken slices for sure always very nice. They’re crispy crust really stands out on their Sicilian and square slices. Their Zucchini Sicilian slices really nice. They have a full menu with plenty of room in the back to eat. You can even take your slices back there and eat in silence for the most part it’s very nice. The staff here are super friendly as well.
