I usually order a vanilla cold brew with sweet cold foam and it's my favorite drink ever.. however I tried this location today and although the staff was very friendly and fixed my drink because it was originally Made black, this tastes nothing like the vanilla cold brew with sweet cold foam I get from the Dunkin in west hempstead. Awful service, only 1 person ahead of me, I ordered a ice coffee, and they forgot to make it!! Had to remind them, took so long in making I had to run out cause my train was coming.
