I generally love Starbucks and have never complain about service. Today, however, we went through the drive through at Starbucks Long Beach Road, Oceanside, NY. My order was prepared properly. My complaint is that three times I tried to tell the woman at the window that I wanted to redeem stars for my drink. She ignored me, continuing to talk into her head set the entire time. After the third time I asked if she redeemed my stars, she simply closed the window without responding...read full review
really disappointed. this place used to be my favorite because of the service and the baristas are so sweet. but service has significantly gone down. they never include straws in their uber eats orders now. three drinks and no straws to drink them with. and the bagels? forget about it, they're never cut or they're cut incredibly sloppy. the baristas are nice but i don't think i'll be coming back or ordering from them.

Great team that's always saying hello :D I give them all the credit with dealing with RVC brats who come inside and cause complete chaos! They handle it all with grace and immediately clean up. One of the cleanest stores I've ever been in.
