I waited to rate until they had a chance to be open for awhile. I've also been hesitant to make a review because I have a unique spelling to my name. I go here a lot. I overall like this location, people are nice, area is clean, and they tend to be okay at customer service... but I don't know what goes on back there while reading tags because too often when I order extra or substitutes or iced vs. hot I have to return to sender. Please start reading the tags and reflecting...
This is the only Starbucks in the 315 I will patronize anymore. I have never had a long wait. My mobile order is always ready when I get there. I have never had any issues with an incorrect order. I go in pretty early in the morning and all the staff are so cheerful and welcoming while I'm still foggy from sleep.
My sister and I rarely get to see eachother, and when we do, we like to visit over hot beverages at Starbucks. On our last visit, we had the pleasure of receiving the most excellent customer service from Lareigh. The Rome crew is always exceptional, but Lareigh went above and beyond. A+++ experience.
