Wine Bars in Rome, NY

“We visited Rome this week and saw they had a wine room and we just had to check it out. I went with two of my daughters and we had such a great time. We tried almost all of the appetizers plus the brisket nachos, and everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and even though it was a screw top instead of a cork, it was still very flavorful.

My daughters tried a little bit of everything. One of the drinks was called the Poison Apple that was so good we were talking about it the whole night. My other daughter had an espresso martini that I personally thought tasted a bit watered down, but she loved it so no complaints there. We tried several other drinks but I don’t know the names.

The ambiance was perfect. They had a DJ playing music that reminded me of my Chicago days, This made the evening even more enjoyable. There is also a fire pit and outdoor seating which looked beautiful, but it was raining so we didn’t get to sit outside this time. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and overall the experience was just wonderful.

10/10. We will definitely stop back in on our next trip!“
