They do not post their correct hours on the door or on this site. They say they are open until 10pm but they close at 9:30pm.
Everytime I tried to use my gift cards, the manager insist I can only use one gift card per person per transaction. This happened several times. I went to several other locations and was able to use my gift cards without any issues. I will never do business with this location located at 125 Portion Road, Ronkonkoma, NY ever again.
We order using the DD app and often wind up having to wait to get our coffee, regardless of how far ahead of pickup we place the order. We just went in to pick up our order of 3 cups of coffee and they claim they never got the order. I had to show them my phone to prove it had been completed. I didn't notice until I was in the car that none of the cups were marked with what was inside!! So what now? I'm tasting every cup to determine the contents? Go elsewhere!
