First time at the restaurant, thought we would try something new. Could be a fun place but they do everything to keep costs low. Minimal service and some of the staff seemed annoyed with the little they did. You have to order at the bar or through an application... Seems very intrusive to get food. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Great South Bay Brewery, Scott Palmer, and the staff! I recently hosted a surprise retirement party for my husband, and as someone who is definitely not a surprise party person, I was incredibly nervous. From the moment I started planning, Scott made the entire process easy and stress-free. He answered every question, reassured me, and made me feel completely comfortable.

Great South Bay in Ronkonkoma is a great spot with a lot to offer. The space is huge, making it perfect for groups or a casual night out. The beer selection is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of cocktail options available as well.
The food menu has plenty of choices, and everything we tried was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes for a better experience.
