Unfortunately, the experience was not what was hoped for. The food was subpar, and the chips in the nachos were stale, which left a disappointed feeling. Overall, it didn't meet expectations.

The place is a pleasant atmosphere but for me there is very little food, there are dishes that say it is for two or three people and nothing to see, they should give some appetizer to help or finish the meal

We had a great dining experience at Smokey Bones last night. The food was delicious, from the perfectly smoked meats to the sides. What really made the night stand out was our waitress, Danae. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude added a great vibe to our meal. Highly recommend this location for both the food and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

I've ordered wings from this location many times and it's been great until tonight. I tried to call them to ask for extra ranch sauce, but it's impossible to get someone from the restaurant on the phone as it seemed they were using a 3rd party to answer phone calls. I was already frustrated because she tried to transfer me 3 times just to ask for extra ranch but nobody answered. I called her back for the 4th time and I just asked her if she could please tell the restaurant which she stated that she would. When the food arrived, there was no ranch on sight. The wings were so undercooked that I had to throw them out. I will never order wings from here again!
