Use to go here often and was great, Stacy sells and owners change service has been up and down since. Latest experience last week, ordered a butter bagel , the kid barely pits any butter on it so I ask for some more butter. As he is ringing me up he charges me an extra 75 cents, so i ask what was that for he said the extra butter with an attitude so I asked when you start doing that his reply I always do. Young kid big attitude talk about poor customer interaction, so I asked why when I get cream cheese there is about a half pound on a bagel but butter barely a taste of butter. Rolled his eyes and said next. I will never go back !

I often have gone to this bagel store but it's not the same. What happened? The bagels didn't look so good and the service was horrible. The woman serving, got my order wrong and made it like I didn't say what I wanted. Attitude is everthing and hers is bad. I walked out. I choose where to spend my money and won't be going back to this place. Don't waste your time or money, go anywhere else.

I ordered one of the specials which was pastrami and pepper jack on a bagel. It tasted fine but there was 1 tiny piece of pastrami on it for 8.50. I couldn't even say anything because there were people coming in and out and I didn't want to make a scene. 1 and done

The bagel was not like used to be so dry and Lady at the register so mean they don’t know how to behave or serve. The customer is so dirty even the dining and all the chair was ripped off and the floor is so dirty. I don’t know why they’re Not even clean the table or chair or floor is so dirty. I’m not going back in this place again in my life.

I grew up coming to this to place for years . After this Morning I will be NO LONGER coming here . Very nasty disrespectful Spanish lady behind the counter . The cream cheese tastes old and pungent . Like old milk . I should have seen all the one star reviews before coming this morning , as I haven’t been here for years . Not to mention the place is FILTHY inside . Bagel brothers in Holbrook is so much better CLEANER and staff is very respectful, pleasant and nice . I will be going there for now on .

I have so many fond memories coming here with my parents. After it sold I noticed a huge difference. They may have kept the name but the integrity is gone. The workers are never friendly, garbage cans overflowing. I go back because of the nostalgia but I think I am done. :(

Horrible !! This use to be my place to go. I am not sure what happened to this place. Coffee burnt, not good. I got a hungry man on a roll with literally 1 piece of bacon, sausage and 1 egg. Roll stale! Only good thing was the bagel with cream cheese. Go to Strathmore Bagels or Pops Deli for an egg sandwich. Will be coming here anymore. The young girl at the counter looked misrable and kept a stank look on her face while helping customers
This place is a dump. Everyone working here clearly hates their job. I will not be returning. I would recommend ANY OTHER bagel store in the area.
