The chef is serious and passionate, with a talent for all kinds of French dishes, including various regional specialties. The menu has seasonality and variety, with many delightful options. Diners can enjoy dishes like the vegan Mounjetado, Coq au Vin Juane, roasted beet/mixed greens salad with cashew cheese, moules classique, and vegan risotto trapanese. There are also plenty of dairy-free and gluten-free options that deliver luscious French flavors. Memorable desserts include an enormous and delicious chocolate bread pudding and a chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream and peanut brittle, described as one of the best desserts ever.
