Absolutely rude, terrible customer service. Threw coffee at customers because they were not aware it was cash only. Sad.

Never really open, assortment of items is always hit or miss. Payment options are weird (PayPal or cash?)

The food was amazing! I had the egg sandwich on an olive mini focaccia made the "house" way, with mustard and NY cheddar cheese --it was DELICIOUS! I also recommend the chia latte. On top of the food being delicious, Essell the chef and owner has create such a fun and welcoming environment. My friends and I ate our breakfast and stayed in the bakery of nearly 3 hours conversing in conversation with Essell and other members of the community that stopped in. Truly so such a fun experience and we felt very welcomed into the Rosendale community! Thank you all!

Stopped by here during a weekend get away around the area. We ordered a tea cake, muffin, focaccia, cider, and the cioccolato, which were all super fresh and delicious. The owner, Essell, is incredibly friendly - we ended up chatting with him for half an hour about everything and anything. A real treat as we explored high falls.

Gluten free products look awful. Older man working there super rude. don’t bother stopping by.

Went into today looking for lemon cakes as I've really enjoyed them in the past. Disappointed to say the least as it was 12p on a Saturday and there were none and limited other items to select. To make matters worse the attitude we were met with was "I'd wish you'd asked before I got up" as the owner was seated in an adjacent room and needed to get up to serve us. Won't bother going again.

Amazing food, crazy baker. I have been coming here for years, and always been served amazing food. However every time I've stepped into the bakery I've never known what man was going to be staring me down from across the counter. Order from the menu exactly as is, no changes. Pay cash. He would put the Soup N*** to shame on "Seinfield". And yet the food is amazing! I however have stopped going, I've spent enough years being talked crap to.

Racist owner verbal and physical abuse of people not sure why this person is still in business

I had a vegan, sugar free cake made for my sister in laws 30th birthday. The baker Essell, used fruit syrup to sweeten the cake, and even tho the cake itself wasn't that sweet, the vegan buttercream frosting within the layers and ontop balenced it out perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the cake! It was perfect. Essell was also very freindly and kind. Thanks so much!

Bought a stale plastic wrapped bread. Baker was a d@ck. Place is sh@t. Guy looked pissed that I was even there. "Bakery" it is not. Don't go.

Great bakery with some of the best Teacakes I’ve ever had!

I have given this place many chances and am truly disappointed each time. The bread can be good but out of the ten or so different baked goods I’ve tried nine tasted stale and old. I’ve had to discard most of the things I’ve tried. There are other options in Rosendale if you are looking for something freshly made and and tasty. The baked goods here are really missing a lot.

We went for breakfast options and they had muffins and a vegan sandwich to offer. The sandwich was small, affordable and tasty! We found the place to be untidy- crumbs that have taken up residence - you can tell they have been there a long time- in the cases, on the coffee counters, and on the window sills , and the coffee carafes were covered in a layer of dust. Felt like paying Great Aunt Milly a visit Sandwich was modest, and tasty! The focaccia- incredible! We asked if it was available for purchase, and although some sitting right on the counter in a bag with a price on it, the gentleman told us no
