I can’t recommend the Alternative Baker enough! The lemon cakes, boules, focaccia, and egg sandwiches are all to die for, plus whatever fresh goodies Essell has in the case. This is a true from scratch bakery that uses the highest quality ingredients available. We’ve been coming here for the past 10 or so years and love everything Essell creates… so much so that we asked him to make our wedding cake for 200 people! Essel made me the most moist and delicious vegan carrot cake for my birthday! I had been craving it ever since I scored a cupcake one weekend a few months back and he really delivered an incredible treat for my special day. Thank you Essel! I’m going to get the vegan devils food with ganache next year :P
