I can’t recommend the Alternative Baker enough! The lemon cakes, boules, focaccia, and egg sandwiches are all to die for, plus whatever fresh goodies Essell has in the case. Essel made me the most moist and delicious vegan carrot cake for my birthday! I had been craving it ever since I scored a cupcake one weekend a few months back and he really delivered an incredible treat for my special day. Thank you Essel! I’m going to get the vegan devils food with ganache next year :P
