I recently dined at Il Mulino Roslyn, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was simply outstanding—each dish was crafted with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every bite were truly impressive.
The service was equally remarkable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our dining experience was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and their recommendations were spot-on.
Overall, Il Mulino exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place with top-notch cuisine and impeccable service, this is it. Highly recommended!

I have been dining at IL Mulino since the 1990's .. Manhattan was my first experience. I am never disappointed as the service, food and ambiance is solely the IL Mulino brand! Excellence across the board, every dish a Dream! Thank you Chefs and staff for a homey warm delicious experience and home setting.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. The only suggestion I have is that the lighting was a little too dark. I had difficulty reading the menu as a result. Other than that, my wife and I enjoyed it and we will be back.
Extremely disappointing! Il Mulino used to be a traditional Italian restaurant with a classical European old-world feel. Now it's become a crowded, very loud, very crazy place with waiters running all over the place, poor service, and a very poor modern decor. A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!! I used to love this place. It was my favorite Long Island restaurant. Now I'm never going there again.
AMAZING!
The host was very nice, the captain and his wait staff were all attentive and went above and beyond.
The decor and lighting were very trendy and the food was AMAZING! The stuffed zucchini flowers and panna cotta were to die for!

We went here for a date. The service was amazing. The drinks were okay. The food was just okay. We expected more. The salad and burrata were so-so. The risotto for the scallops was hard and inedible. The ravioli was so-so. The desserts were good. The best thing here was the attention and service from waitstaff. The interior decor needs an upgrade.

I had a 6:00 pm reservation on a Saturday evening; I called saying I was running 13 minutes late - person on the phone gave no issues at all. The block of Parmesan that comes to the table is absolutely delicious; my brother wanted a second piece and they were happy to provide. The lychee martini was made well and arrived prior to meal. We ordered the pounded thin veal scaloppini w/ broccoli rabe & cherry tomato peppers ?️ as well as the special short-rib ravioli. These dishes were beautifully split for two people — thank you! Both dishes were highly enjoyable, and I am pleasantly satisfied by that ravioli! I do not have ravioli often, but this was one of the best I've tried. We also ordered the filet mignon ragu over gluten-free penne, nother dish that was prepared and tasted great. Service was one of the true highlights of our experience. We will return in the future✨
We were looking forward to dining at Il Mulino Long Island as we go there once every few months. We went for the Sunday Supper, and it was very dissappoining to say the least. The service was subopitmal - which is not expected at an establishment sudh as Il Mulino which prides itself on its old Italian service, food and hospitality. The dinner/food was subpar. Not only was the quantity less but the qulaity of the food was a disgrace. We had the ceasar salad which was worse then a pizzaria salad- the lettuce was limp and no fresh parmigianno or croutons were on the salad. the baked clams were oily and greasy and the salmon dish was dry and tasteless. The chicken pargm which is a classic there did not dissapoint (which was the only thing that was worthy). The service was not as expected, Waiters and staff standing everywhere but very inattentive. I will never return to Il Mullino Long Island again for any dinning experience. HIghly dissappointed at multiple levels.
One of rare five star reviews on Long Island. Food is great . Best Bronzino I've had anywhere . All the sides are delicious. Friends black linguini was excellent. Baked clams are always fresh and perfect size. Remodeled room looks great. Expensive but actually worth it especially since EVERYTHING is overpriced now..
