Il Mulino New York - Long Island

Il Mulino always delivers delicious food great service and a beautiful atmosphere. Had the price fix dinner and my porkchop was huge and delicious, my wife had the salmon also delicious. Very attentive service not rushed at all. Highly recommend for a nice evening out.

Always delicious food and excellent service. Their Sunday supper and price fixed menus are an excellent deal.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Long Island. The food is always delicious and consistent. The service is always excellent and above and beyond. The atmosphere is always chill and great. I’m already looking forward to my next visit here and I would to thank the entire Il Mulino team for always taking care of us!

We were six people squeezed into a booth and there was very little room for the appetizers with all the glasses and plates, one young waiter was rude practically throwing the dessert plates on the table Not the service we are used to

One of our favorite neighborhood go to's, the food never disappoints and the staff is always so welcoming! Can't wait to come back!

Service was sub-par. We were told they were out of clams to then see other patrons who came in after us eating clams.

Excellent food and fantastic, professional and well paced service. A tad on the expensive side for regular visits but the fixed price Sunday Supper menu is a respectable value. Wine and cocktail list is excellent, but also pricey. Great place for a special occasion. Highly recommend.

Now a chain of restaurants, Il Mulino was never the same as the original in Manhattan. This particular restaurant in Roslyn is very good with good assimilation to the original. Service is very attention, the Bucattini Amatriciana was great and the orange in Grand Marnier liquor was excellent. Prices are very high.

Il Mulino always makes the dining experience feel elevated to me. The extraordinary service, decor and delicious fare makes each meal feel like a special event.

Service was impeccable....food outstanding. A fine pick to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We were a big group of girls for the price fix Thursday dinner. I was offered sparkling water and said, “no, just regular”. So they said, sparkling or flat. I said, regular, not sparkling. Again, they said flat which I assumed must mean tap, no bubbles. So I got flat water poured out of a bottle, which I found odd. When I asked for more water, the waitress said, do you want another bottle? I went to the waiter and asked if there was a charge for flat water. He told me what sparkling water was. I asked again what flat water was. He said it was from a machine making purified water. I asked if there was a charge to which he replied yes. “So, you don’t have regular water from the tap?” I asked. He said “yes, but you have to say regular” water. I said I did say regular and tap and you still gave me flat water and that their water offerings are very confusing. He said he’d tell the manager. I said “I want regular water,” and he made a point of saying, “Here’s water from the tap!” Like I should feel cheap for asking for tap water. When the bill came, there was an $18 charge for two bottles of flat water. The other women questioned this charge. I told them my conversation with the waiter. Do you think they took off the $18? No, they did not. What a rip. They get 3 stars for purposely misleading their customers into buying “FLAT” water. Clams oreganata were chewy and the veal was thin, overcooked and bland. 11 women could have been new customers with our spouses but will not go back and we hope they’re happy with themselves.

My family and I recently had dinner at Il Mulino on Mother's Day, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was truly impeccable, and the food was outstanding. I also appreciated the lively yet not too loud atmosphere.

Wonderful experience, the staff are joyful and very helpful. There were kind enough to fit me in at the last minutes private event with all the amenities. Emilio and Diego are the. Best . They treat you like a VIP

The food, in particular the Dover sole and chicken Milanese, is always delicious. The service is second to none, your water glass and cocktail will never be empty.
