I recently dined at the restaurant "Kotobuki" and had a rather unpleasant experience. Despite the fact that the food was exceptional and the waiting staff, particularly our server Linhang L and the host, were outstanding, I cannot overlook the poor customer service skills and lack of interpersonal connections displayed by the manager, Kueng San.
