The male owner is honestly a horrible man who has a bad attitude. He was incredibly rude and patronizing. I saw him snap at his own workers (who were doing an incredible job) and he was just very unpleasant. The froyo was good and the service from the college aged employees was great, but I will not be coming back because the owner was awful.

AMAZING!!! First time customer. The first thing that caught my eye was the decor. It reminds me of an old school ice cream parlor. The aroma of a freshly made crepe was in the air. Not knowing what to order, the owner asked what I liked and then created this beautiful crepe just for me. I can tell you this was delicious! If you’re in the area you must go and check it out. You will not be disappointed!

I have been coming to YOLO since they opened and I was a 6 year old girl. Unfortunately, the past few visits I’ve had, the treatment by the staff, particularly the male owner, have been far below an acceptable standard. Today was my final visit to YOLO after being told that I could not try a single flavor of the frozen yogurt, yes I asked very nicely. I left because I refuse to pay a high price for a product I will possibly dislike. Samples, or even a single one, are totally within standard for this type of business. I said thank you and told the owner I could not make an uninformed purchase, hopefully this is taken into account for their future business practices. I also noticed a couple passive aggressive signs which just bring down the entire atmosphere of the establishment before even walking in the door; I understand how unbearable some clients may be but never have I seen something like this, childish. Less notably, I was not greeted when I walked in until after I said something, and the same for when I was leaving. In the past, the owner has raised his voice at me over trivial things such as not hearing him or having a miscommunication. I make a massive effort to smile and be polite and respectful to employees, you never know what kind of day they have had, but it always seems to be a bad day here. The way he treats his employees also seems less than admirable as he also gets agitated and raises his voice with them, I can only imagine what it’s like when customers aren’t around. The business’ replies to certain reviews reflect strongly on the character of whoever is writing them, and not in a positive way. I took my business to Yogurt & Such less than ten minutes away and was given fantastic customer service even though it was a busy moment and the price for the portion was much better, as was the array of yogurts and toppings. I wish this business success and hope they can grow using the criticisms they receive :)

Nice small cute yogurt shop in the neighborhood. My nieces love it here, so they are usual customers.

Really bad attitude from employees. I wad asked to pay in a bad way and my order was not even ready. I asked to go and they brought it to table. Then get mad. Not going to come again.

Gelato here is decent. But for this place to claim they have all sorts of coffee on their menu and then not be able to serve any coffee cause the machine was broken was a let down. Kids working the counter are nice and friendly though. Ice coffee ice cubes aren’t making this coffees better IMO.

Had the most amazing crepe here! Sugar, butter and cinnamon crepe with a scoop of stracciatella gelato. 10/10! The people here are amazing as well and really care about what they do. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I ordered coffee The lady behind the counter does not know what sugar is she gave me a coffee with a loose top where I promptly burnt my hands on the coffee as I tried to exit the store. This is not a well run establishment be careful.
