“What a hidden gem. My husband and I wanted to try someplace new so we came to Caribe and we were not disappointed. I had the fried whole snapper which was so moist. My husband had the pork ribs in sauce and they were flavorful and falling off the bones. Matt, our server was very attentive. The yummy drinks and food were brought out quickly as was the check when we were finished. We'll be back again and we'll be bringing friends with us.“

“I used Google and found this restaurant. I liked the reviews, so I placed a Curbside Pickup Order. The Lady who took my order was super friendly and very thorough.I ordered Three the Hard Way with rice and peas and cabbage. I added a side of Mac & cheese and plantains.OMG! It was SO MUCH FOOD...AND it was still hot when I got home!Well, the Jerk chicken was very palatable (most jerk is TOO spicy for me). Stew chicken and curry chicken were very good, as well! Cabbage, rice and peas and plantains were good. Mac & cheese was okay. (I'm a hard judge of Mac & cheese. It needed a little more flavor.)Overall, I will certainly order again!! I'm looking forward to trying more dishes!!Price was great considering how much GOOD food you receive!!I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Never had Guyanese food before but now I will be eating it often. The staff at the counter walked me through what each dish was and was polite to me. The food was delicious, had the jerk chicken and fried rice which had a unique flavor similar but different to Jamaican style. I had a fried hardboiled egg and fried fish cake (similar to a Portuguese fish cakes) that were delicious. I wanted to try more of the food they had available and for just 21 dollars I had plenty to eat. Even their small plates were a generous serving size. It's a hidden gem in my opinion.“

“We got the oxtail bowl, jerk chicken bowl and some plantains. Coming from a Jamaican/Guyanese family everything tasted phenomenal. Asked for extra heat on the chicken and they absolutely delivered. Along with the oxtail falling off the bone and being so tender you could cut it with a spoon. We’ll definitely be back for more!“
