“Not only does Grano have amazing food, but their customer service is also fantastic! I went there recently before a show at Proctors, and unfortunately the kitchen was a little behind, and we did not have enough time to eat. When leaving Proctors, our server was waiting outside the theater to give us our food to take home. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back soon!“

“I've been wanting to try Tacos Diablo for awhile now. So me and my co-worker decided to order from the location in Nassau,NY and I went and picked it up. He got the 3 Carnitas Tacos and I got the Barbacoa Burrito, plus we each got an order of the Elote (Mexican Street Corn). My co-worker said the Tacoswere delicious and definitely loaded with meat. My Burrito was also amazing and loaded with rice,black beans,meat and other fillings. The Elote was also delicious, 1st time I've ever had it. I will definitely be going back and will recommend it to everyone.“

“We are so happy we chose Stella for our daughter's Bridal Shower brunch. The private room was perfect for a small group; the service was wonderful; and every brunch option was absolutely delicious. “Delicately crafted food with immense flavor. I would highly recommend whether you just want fancy and flavorful appetizers, or a whole meal. Crab Rangoons were amazing, along with the beef and egg-rice. Very fair pricing for the quality and service you get from the chefs to the dining room staff. 💯“

“We both have to say that every serving of our dinners from soup, salad, the bread, meal and dessert was exceptional. The filet mignon was the best I ever had. Outside seasoned perfectly and grilled, the inside was soft as butter. Delicious!“

“I stop here often on my way home from work. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pizza slices are always amazing. The spicy chicken empanada is to die for. The previous owners were not very nice. Seems like it is under new management. Very delicious.“

“Just signed up for the sip club through my phone Perks. Although I failed to show up in the system, the staff attempted to assist, and allowed me to get my first coffee, suggesting there may be a lag and recommending I check later and if I still didn't show up, to come back and they'd help me.“

“My pizza was AMAZING...I typically order from marinos pizza on state street but I had been busy ALL day and wanted delivery. This pizza was very comparable and it was delivered with love and still HOT...I've ordered delivery in the past, but NEVER met a delivery person sooooo greatful for the tip I gave. I will be checking out other items on their menu and WILL ONLY order from Empire Pizza before anyone else ever again. I hope their wings,subs, and Calzones are as awsome as this pizza was. I love you guys....see you probably tomorrow when my son comes to visit from vermont!!!“

“The pizza is always made to my liking.. sometimes extra cheese on a bad day, and sometimes less cheese on a cheat day, every time my way. Tell them you want it crispy or extra crispy, yummy!! Either way, delicious! Plenty of toppings and dough to choose from. Any time I've gone there, the staff is very friendly and polite. The place is always clean, tables wiped down. The music system is terrible, lol, but not enough to complain about. Plenty of drink choices, both bottled and fountain.. They also have Great deserts and salads. One of my 8yr olds best place to go for pizza.“

A representative called a few days later and asked what the online order number was and what discount offer it was. 5 minutes later, I received an email confirming that the bill was adjusted.
